St. George’s Parish is made up of two churches, St. George’s Church in the town of Pungoteague and St. James Church in the town of Accomac, both located on Virginia’s Eastern Shore. We are part of the Episcopal Church and the worldwide Anglican Communion.
As a close-knit church family, we value our common life. Our parish is steeped in the history, tradition, and culture of the Eastern Shore. Our worship is characterized by common prayer and celebration through music and the Lord’s Supper. Our mission calls us to serve the local community.
